The courses have a maximum of six places and run for five weeks. Each session lasts for one hour, 6.30 – 7.30 pm on Sunday evening. By the end of the course we anticipate that you will be able to move on to our regular 6.30 pm Sunday Swim Sessions.
If you can already swim 100m freestyle continuously and would like coaching feedback to enable you to improve, we recommend you attend our 6.30 pm Sunday Swim Session to start off with, as you will receive more focused attention from the coaches at these sessions.
The Novice Swim Course fee includes membership of Coventry Triathletes for the remainder of the relevant calendar year.
